DAY FIVE, PHASE ONE!

Not much time to post today, so just the food...

Last night's dinner:
  • sirloin
  • SB mashed cauliflower
  • steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 broiled plum tomato

Snack: Almond Joy Ricotta

Today...

Breakfast:

  • 8 oz. V8
  • 2-egg omelet w/leftover broccoli, 1 tsp. ricotta, 1" cube lowfat cheddar, salt & pepper

Morning Snack:

  • 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese w/splenda & cinnamon

Lunch:

  • Tossed salad (lettuce, onion, tomato, celery, red pepper) w/balsamic vinaigrette and slice of leftover sirloin tossed in.
  • SF green jello

Next...

Afternoon snack:

  • celery w/salmon spread

Dinner:

  • CRABS!!!!! and Salad!!!

Won't be back to post again until Monday, when I'll fill you in on how my first weekend went, as well as weigh-in and measurements. I know I'm gonna want a beer tonight, but I'm not a big drinker or anything, so I think I'll just have seltzer and pretend it's alcoholic, and I'll be okay!
